Returns policy

Any product can be returned up to 14 days after date of invoice. You can request a return online by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email, containing your invoice.

The products must be adequately packed, in consumer packaging and sturdy protective outer packaging. The completed return form must be printed, folded and visible on the outside of the shipment (i.e. on the box). Please ensure appropriate postage is paid and this sum will be refunded to you.

Please use the return envelope supplied by our returns department.

If the above conditions are not met, Samsung Direct (operated by CEMOBIT) reserves the right to refuse or return goods.

If your return is accepted, the purchase amount including shipping costs will be credited.

Returns policy exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

- Items that are damaged, defective (see warranty procedure) or incomplete.

- Consumables such as screen protectors.

- In-ear headphones and In-ear Bluetooth headsets for hygiene reasons.
