How to place an order
Find the accessory that you want to order. You can browse each category via the 'Products' navigation, click on any offers or promotions you see or search for a specific product using the search bar in the top right of the screen.
Click Add to Basket. Continue shopping if you still want to buy additional products.
You can click on Shopping Basket at any time to see what you have selected and make changes.
Once you have selected all your items and are ready to complete your order, go to the basket and click checkout.
When you check-out you will be prompted to either log-in if you have an existing account, or if you are a new customer to create a new account. If creating a new account, please fill out all the fields and check that your information is correct before submitting.
To complete your order select a payment method and click to pay. Enter your bank or credit card details and submit.
Please do not click back on your browser or close the window until you see a confirmation that your payment has processed. On completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a corresponding invoice.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email which will also contain the carrier reference, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
We aim to deliver your order within 1 working day (if next day delivery is selected at point of order). If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with information about a new delivery time.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email which will also contain the carrier shipping reference. The mail will also give the link to the carrier website and a Track and Trace service, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
We charge shipping costs for all orders. This is applicable per order and will be shown as a separate line item on your invoice.
